Read the following passage carefully and then answer the questions that follow:
While eating food, we should bear in mind that we do not eat just to satisfy hunger or to fill the belly. We eat to preserve our health. For good health we need good food. Sometimes it so happens that people who live even in the midst of plenty do not eat the food they need for good health, because they have no knowledge of the science of health and nutrition. They do not know how to select at balanced diet from the many foods that are available to them. One of the main reasons of malnutrition in Bangladesh is our lack of knowledge of nutrition. Again, the poor and illiterate people in our country generally think that good and nutritive food means a costly food. They do not know that whatever food they get could be good and mutritive if they could select the food items wisely to make it a balanced diet.
